500ml Benaresi Palak Paneer provides approximately 600-700 kcal, with a protein content of 35-42g. It contains around 25-35g of carbohydrates, including 6-8g of fiber and 5-7g of natural sugars. The dish is rich in healthy fats, offering approximately 40-50g, of which 15-20g are saturated fats. Additionally, it contains about 900-1200mg of sodium, making it a nutritious and flavourful Indian classic.
