Over 4 immersive hours, you’ll learn to cook, plate, and take home a royal spread that once graced the tables of maharajas and moguls — but is now tailored for your weekly meals.

🍽️ What You’ll Cook:

  • 🍗 Murgh Makhani (Butter Chicken) – Delhi-style rich, creamy, and smoky

  • 🍆 Baingan Bharta – Roasted aubergine mash with Rajasthani spices
