We currently pack in biodegradable / eco-friendly plastic containers. After getting feedback from our customers, we have also started providing stainless steel tiffin boxes. However, we are a young company and so packaging is an evolving phenomenon, so don’t worry if you see some new packaging. We are experimenting and taking to finalize the best and the most convenient packaging for all.
Your food is made in home kitchens, which are maintained with top class hygiene standards.
A tiffin is typically for one adult. We also think it would be suitable to be shared between two children under the age of 6.
24 hrs if kept in a fridge. It is recommended that you check the use-by date on the containers.
Food will be served in biodegradable containers or stainless-steel tiffin of your choice.
Each tiffin contains storage and heating instructions. It is recommended that you heat up however much you think you can eat and avoid reheating the meal more than once.
Unfortunately, not for the Tiffins of the Week, however if you are ordering a bespoke Thaali (Working Lunch, Festive Dinners) then we can deliver it hot and ready to be eaten by you and your guests.
Our order timings are 9am the same day for dinner and lunch. Custom orders (Working Lunch, Festive Dinners) should ideally be placed at least 5 days in advance to allow advance planning at our end.
Unfortunately, not for the Tiffins as these will feature a set menu. However, if you are a party of 8 or more then we can create a bespoke Thaali for you.
You can cancel your tiffin by calling/texting us before 9am the same day for dinner and 10pm a day before for lunch. Any cancellations after these timings will not be considered and will be charged.
We are open weekdays and deliver once a day beside the occasional close down for maintenance.
There will be a section for you to enter any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you wish to make changes after you’ve placed your order, then please contact us.
No, we do not. You can pay online using Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Please contact us to cancel your order before 9am the same day for dinner and 10pm a day before for lunch* that it’s due, for a full refund. We cannot refund any orders past this deadline.
We use separate pots, pans, and cooking utensils for vegetarian cooking. The vegetarian/vegan cooking is done first after which we cook the non-veg dishes.
Some dishes will contain allergens such as nuts or dairy and we will announce the allergens on the menus as well as labelling the products. You can also contact us to see if we can meet your specific dietary requirements.
We do offer pre-packaged gluten-free naans. We cannot label our dishes as gluten-free as gluten and other allergens can be present on the premises whilst preparing or packaging.
Daily Tiffin service only available in Zone-1 and Zone-2 (Free delivery with Tiffin-deals only).
For one-off orders, delivery will be charged @ £1/meal for G11, G12, G13, G14, G15, G20, and G61 (Zone 1) and @ £2/meal for other postcodes in (Zone-2) G1, G2, G3, G4, G05, G21, G22, G23, G40, G51, G62, G81. (Free delivery on orders above £45).
Other areas please confirm before ordering. If you choose to start a weekly or monthly service with us, we will allot a courier to you who will be responsible for your food delivery.
Our order timings are 9am the same day for dinner and lunch. We only deliver once every day; You can order dinner for today and lunch for tomorrow. Delivery between 5-8pm depending on your location.
This is a rare scenario, however, if it happens, you should wait for a few minutes or drop us a message or call us. We typically reply or call back in a couple of minutes.
