Heating Instructions
- ALL CURRY BOXES ( ON HOB ) – For the best results from FROZEN, all curries must be thawed in refrigerator and reheated in a pan. Always heat with a cover on to avoid drying out. You may stir in a tablespoon of boiled water if the curry looks dry.
- ALL CURRY BOXES ( IN MICROWAVE ) – Loosen the lid of the curry box and microwave at full power for 3 minutes. Remove the lid, stir gently, and microwave for another 3 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
- ROTIS AND PARANTHAS – When Packed in cling film, Microwave them in the packaging for 30 second and open them from film while you eat, for best results. The moisture is contained this way in the roti’s and they don’t dry out.
- ROTIS IN VACUUME SEAL- For best results heat them in a pan over low to medium heat, ensuring to turn them midway through heating. Or Perforate the packaging and microwave for 30 – 40 second max.
- PARANTHAS IN FOIL- For best results heat them with foil-on in a pan over low to medium heat, ensuring to turn them midway through heating. Open foil only when eating.
- RICE AND BIRYANI – Sprinkle some water on rice or biryani and microwave at full power for 4-5 minutes with loosen lid.
- CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing the cling film or opening a heated box.
Storage Instructions
- For curries keep them in freezer, thaw in refrigerator or by weight defrost
- Paranthas must be kept in freezer for best results. Rotis can be kept at room temperature or in fridge.
- Rice items must be kept in fridge and consumed within 2 days of delivery.
