Khanpuri Chicken Korma
Korma is a rich, creamy, and aromatic curry made with tender chicken, yogurt, and a blend of warm spices. - 1 Large Mixing Bowl
- 1 Heavy bottom Pan
- 1 spatula spoon
Ingredients
Marination Spices Qty
- 1 kg Chicken / Lamb Qty
- 40 ml Oil
- 1 tbsp G& garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Korma Masala
- 1 tbsp Yogurt marinade
- ½ tbsp Fennel Powder
- ¼ tbsp Ginger Powder
- ¼ tbsp Cinnamon Powder
- ¼ tbsp Turmeric/ Haldi
- ¼ tbsp Kashmiri Basar
- ½ tbsp Salt
Curry ingredients
- 175 gms Yogurt
- 75 gms Fried Onions
- ¼ tsp Green Cardamom
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg Powder
Instructions
Prep & Marination
- Marinate chicken using the spices with oil
- Slice Onions and fry until Onions become brown in colour (Onions become brown in 12-13 mins) Keep them aside
- Now add Chicken pieces and sear on high heat, after 5 mins reduce the heat and cook covered for 10-15 mins on low heat
- Now take the fried onions & yogurt blend them & add them to the chicken
- Now add water and bring it to boil.
- Now, add Nutmeg Powder and mix well.
